Currently, we do not accept phone orders for security reasons. All orders must be placed through our secured website for a smooth transaction

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.

Summit does not cover customs duties or taxes for international orders. These charges will be determined by your country's customs department and must be paid when the order arrives. Summit offers a 1-year guarantee on all products, covering any material or manufacturing defects.

Please note, this guarantee does not cover the natural aging of materials or regular wear and tear.

Products will be assessed for any abuse or damage caused by external factors.

What is RFID?

Yes, Summit bags are naturally water-resistant due to the high-quality leather used. However, just like our skin, exposure to pollution, hot weather, and rain can strip the leather of its natural oils.

To maintain the leather’s water resistance, we recommend applying a leather cream or nourishing treatment every 3 months.

Vegan leather is typically made from synthetic materials like PVC or PU.

If your Summit item develops a fault, please email us at info@summitleather.co.za. We offer a 1-year guarantee covering material and craftsmanship defects, provided you have proof of purchase with product details, including the date and location of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and, if defective, we’ll repair it and return it to you. This is only applicable if the item is within our 1-year guarantee.

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and if we can't repair the item, we may replace it with a similar product.
