At Summit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that this may not always be the case. Please review our returns and refund conditions below for the options available to you.

Please note: All our leather products use only the finest quality materials available, selected for their softness, texture & durability. The crease marks, colour variations and grain differences are not defects, but rather true characteristics of natural quality leather.

If you received an incorrect item, follow these steps:

  1. Log your return by emailing info@summitleather.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all stickers and seals intact.

Summit will cover the full delivery and return costs.

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can request a refund if:

  1. You log the return via email to info@summitleather.co.za within 7 days.
  2. The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all stickers and seals intact.

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your product under the following conditions:

  1. Log your return via email to info@summitleather.co.za within 7 days.
  2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all stickers and seals intact.

The cost of delivery and return for unwanted items will be deducted from your refund.

 

Once your return is approved, we will notify you and arrange for our couriers to collect the item.

Alternatively, you can courier the item to:

Please note: We only take responsibility for the goods once we receive them. If you choose to courier your return, all risks and costs, including packaging, will be your responsibility.

If the return is due to damage or incorrect delivery, we will refund you for courier and shipping costs.

Important:

Returns or refunds on sale/discounted items are not accepted, except in cases where the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Goods lost during return delivery (not using our courier service) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Carefully package your item to avoid damage in transit. Include the return request number and a copy of the original invoice with your return.

Refunds and credits will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.

For customers outside South Africa:

You are responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping and duties, for unwanted goods.

Ensure all returns meet the above conditions for a successful refund.
